This report forecasts US meat and poultry product shipments in US dollars at the manufacturers' level to 2019. Total shipments are segmented by product in terms of: beef and veal, poultry, pork, and lamb and mutton. Total shipments are also segmented by process as follows: fresh and frozen, and processed.

To illustrate historical trends, total shipments and the various segments are provided in annual series from 2004 to 2014. A Market Environment section provides pertinent background on historical trends; key economic indicators; and trends in production, per-capita consumption, and trade.
