Who We Need

The Freedonia Group is actively seeking Research Analysts to fulfill a variety of research and analysis-related positions. We need candidates that are curious, methodical, think critically, and who are capable of putting seemingly disparate ideas together. Therefore, we encourage candidates from a wide variety of educational and work experience(s) to apply.

Successful candidates must be comfortable working with numerical data/spreadsheets, conducting research, and in turn analyzing the data found to identify past and emerging trends within different markets and geographic areas. Analysts at Freedonia are motivated to personal success, continued learning, and are supportive rather than competitive.

Desired Skills/Qualifications

  • Four-year college degree/graduate degree
  • Will consider candidates from all levels of experience, from new graduates to long-time professionals
  • Ability to research, analyze, and write well
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Aptitude with numbers, spreadsheets, and word processing
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently

What We Provide

Freedonia offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a liberal Paid-Time Off Program – because we know that a work-life balance is important. Our work environment is casual dress, with an emphasis on an academic, rather than corporate feel. We sustain an excellent company culture, full of activities available for employees to partake in if they wish – a kickball team, community volunteer work, board game nights, potlucks, company coffee breaks, etc. Most importantly, as a Freedonia Analyst you’ll become known worldwide as experts on your topics, and have continual opportunities to expand your knowledge base.
