This report forecasts US flavor blend demand in US dollars at the manufacturers' level to 2017. Demand is segmented by product in terms of savory, fruity, cheese and other dairy, meat, and other flavor blends. Demand is also segmented by market as follows: processed food, dairy products, bakery products, beverages, and other markets.
