Prefabricated Housing: United States

This report forecasts US prefabricated housing shipments in units and US dollars at the manufacturers' level to 2020. Total shipments in both volume and value terms are segmented by product in terms of: multisection manufactured, single-section manufactured, modular, precut, and panelized.

To illustrate historical trends, total shipments in volume terms and prefabricated housing starts are provided in annual series from 2005 to 2015; total shipments by value and the various segments are reported at five-year intervals for 2010 and 2015.
