US converted flexible packaging demand will grow 3.4 percent annually through 2013. Gains will be supported by cost, performance and source-reduction advantages over most rigid packaging. Pouches will grow the fastest, including stand-up types as well as relatively newer products such as flat-bottomed, side-gusseted and stick types.
