Yes. We can provide clarification on scope, product, or market segments covered in the content you have purchased. Our customer service team works directly with our research analysts to make sure you have the most accurate information. Please note we are not able to offer data that is not part of an off-the-shelf report. 

The Single User License authorizes one individual to access the purchased electronic report. Agreement to the Single User License is required in order to purchase the study electronically. One Single User License is included in the study price. 

A Departmental User License allows for up to 5 users in your organization to access the purchased electronic report. For unlimited usage within your organization, the Global Site License is required. 

The Global Site License allows your entire organization and all wholly owned subsidiaries to access the purchased electronic report. Sharing the study with any party or individual outside your organization is not permitted. 

Once your transaction is complete, you will have immediate access to the purchased content.
You will receive your purchased content as a PDF file via email, and the content will also be made available for download in your account if you have registered.
Yes. We offer the option to purchase our full reports or to select certain sections and chapters. For pricing by section, please see the itemized Table of Contents for the report you are interested in purchasing. Our customer service team is available by email, phone, or chat to answer any questions you may have.
Our reports provide the most value when they are purchased in their entirety. However, we do offer the option to purchase section of the study if you are only interested a specific product or market. The price is reduced significantly for the purchase of the complete report when compared to individual pages. If you are interested in large portions of the study, it may be more cost effective for you to purchase the entire study.
Yes. We can deduct the amount of your section purchase from the full cost of the report if you later decide to purchase the study in its entirety. Please reach out directly and we will be happy to assist. Call 800-927-5900, fill out the Contact Us form, or chat with us directly through the website.
Payment must be made in advance or at the time of your purchase. We accept Visa, American Express, and Mastercard. Arrangements for advance payment by check or wire transfer can also be made by contacting customer service.

You can reset your password directly through the website. If you have any other issues, our customer service team will be happy to help.  
Please verify that your contact details match those on your credit card. We also suggest that you contact your bank to verify that there are not restrictions on your card, such as a single transaction limit. If you are still having difficulties making a purchase, please contact us and we can discuss other methods of payment, such as a check or wire transfer. 
Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds on purchased market research content. The value of our product is inherent in the information – once the information is delivered, we are not able to offer a refund for any reason. We suggest contacting our customer service team prior to purchasing if you have any questions about the content you would like to purchase, and we will answer questions regarding the scope of coverage and provide samples ahead of your purchase to ensure you are happy with any purchase you make.
