Ann Jacoby serves as Managing Director of The Freedonia Group, bringing extensive leadership experience, strategic insight, and a strong commitment to organizational growth and development. In her role, she helps guide business initiatives, support innovation, and foster meaningful connections across the organization and industry. She oversees all aspects of the business driving the future of the firm.
Ann earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad School of Business and her Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco. She also completed several Executive Leadership certificates and is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA).
Beyond her professional leadership, Ann is deeply committed to mentorship and community engagement. She volunteers extensively as a Coach and Mentor with Girls With Impact and regularly serves as an Executive Speaker and Visiting Mentor at Babson College, where she shares her experience and guidance with emerging leaders and entrepreneurs. While a member of The Freedonia Executive Team since 2025, she has been in leadership within the market research sector for over 15 years.
