In our latest short-run global economic forecast we provide our initial estimate of full year 2024 global economic activity and global construction activity, as well as our first estimates for 2029.
We revised higher our estimates of global economic activity and global construction activity in 2024 as the majority of economies globally are seeing an improved outlook.
While global growth is expected to improve in 2025, this will be due to an acceleration in Western Europe and Africa that is expected to offset a cooling in North America and Asia.
